Collection: Single Origin Specialty Roasted Coffee Beans

The term "Specialty Coffee" (which is prefer to, in Italian) refers to a specific selection of coffees recognized for their unique quality, distinct flavour and strong personality, different and superior to ordinary coffees. 

To be defined as such, the care of a Special Coffee begins in the plantation - where the beans receive all possible attention at every stage of processing - and continues in the roasting - where they are roasted in order to best develop all their aromatic potential. Finally, expert tasters, called Q-Graders, evaluate its quality, in compliance with a well-defined cupping (tasting) protocol.

On a scale of 1 to 100 points, only coffee that exceeds 80 points can be considered a Special Coffee.

All our Special Coffees can be extracted in espressomoka or filter.
